A few words about us

Since 2010, Caliber Sourcing has been connecting top talent to top employers. Through digital media, our work has resulted in thousands of placements from entry level to executive. As a minority owned, woman led organization, diversity has always been at the core of our talent attraction efforts. However, in 2021, we launched Adept by Caliber, a program 100% dedicated to placing diverse talent into leadership roles.


Why is this so important now? From our experience, we know that many employers want to do the right thing, but sometimes just don't know how. When it comes to leadership roles, there is often a lot of networking and referrals that go into placements, which is great - unless the network and referrals all look the same.


We want to do our part in changing that. Through dedicated media, events, sourcing, networking, and referrals, Adept by Caliber connects diverse talent to one another to fill these roles, and we present our current opportunities exclusively to our diverse talent pool to ensure that our candidate slate is always filled with representation from groups who don't always have the same opportunity to be seen.
